The BIBA parent community has done a lot to support the CAS students. This whole school charity initiative has brought much needed clothing and daily necessities for less privileged families and children at an orphanage. For the BIBA community, it is also an environmentally friendly charity action. By donating items we no longer need in our home, we are exemplifying the ethos Zero Waste lifestyle in addition to encapsulating the core value of CAS - Think internationally, act locally.

We would like to encourage more teachers, students, and parents to join EWA and make the project a BIBA tradition. The project continues all through the year. Please note that any clothes, shoes, toys, or household items are very welcome. At present, we urgently need more winter gear, as the temperature already dropped to negative in Yushu.

我们要衷心的感谢给予学生CAS项目大力支持的海嘉家长们。这次全校性的行动为青海玉树地区的贫困家庭、寄宿学校及孤儿院的孩子们带来了急需的过冬衣物，也让他们感受到来自于海嘉大家庭的温暖。对于我们这个社区来说，这未尝不是一件环保低碳的慈善义举。在我们整个社会都在倡导零浪费生活方式的当下，将家中不用的衣物及生活物品捐出惠及他人的行为最好的诠释出了Think Internationally, act locally（放眼全球，本土实践）理念的核心。

本学年，捐助项目将持续，我们立志将这一善举变成海嘉的一项传统。 请您知悉，任何生活用品、玩具、衣物都是非常欢迎的。目前急需更多冬季衣物。
